  • Trivalent Zinc Plating Cr3+ : The corrosion resistance is enhanced by electroplating. Rust-resistance is dependent on the thickness of electroplated layers. Corrosion resistance can be inspected through salt spray test.Common practices request by Customers are; 25-30hours/30-40hours/48hours/72hours/96hours without red rust.
  • Stainless Steel Passivation : Commonly applied and used in electronic products. The passivation process dissolves the iron and other contaminants, and then forms a passivation protective film on the surface to make it more corrosion-resistant, without significantly affect the thickness and color of the workpiece.
  • Liquid or Powder Coating : Spray an evenly colored thin layer on the surface of the product. Commonly applied on the head of the screw. This enhance product color appearance and also easier for consumer to distinguish between screws and other fasteners.
